  Met friends as we were passing thru town on New Year's Eve. We're told at another restaurant the wait would be over an hour... Friends suggested Max & Erma's. We were seated immediately, and drinks arrived soon after. We all enjoyed a delicious meal, top-notch service, and long conversation. Never felt rushed, and glasses never went dry. If we are ever in Columbus again, we will be back!

  just left max n ermas, waited over 30
  minutes for nachos that came out cold, the cheese was freezing and chips were burnt. had to beg for a straw for our drinks. asked for a manager and all he had to say was "my apologies everyone ordered at once" even though it wasn't busy.. asked for a different drink and it took over 10 minutes and still didn't get a straw. once our food arrived both of us ended up with the wrong meal. this is normally one of my favorite restaurants but i won't be back.

  Great burgers and tortilla soup! Also offers delicious cookies for dessert.
